The Event Organisation Committee plans, coordinates, and executes cultural, academic, and professional events that celebrate creativity and collaboration within the college community.

Objectives

  • 3. To ensure compliance, safety, and ethical standards during events.
  • 4. To build connections with industry professionals and sponsors.

Functions

  • Prepare annual event calendars with departmental inputs.
  • Oversee permissions, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage stage design, logistics, and student participation.
  • Maintain event documentation and media coverage records.
